Types of upgrades 

There are four different types of upgrade awards available to ChezMiles members.

 Basic ChezMiles Upgrade

Elevate your flight experience with ChezMiles Upgrades. We will give you the customer an Upgrade if you had used more than 1,500 ChezMiles to level up your seat, at free of any charge. If you don't have a Chez Account you are not eldageble for this package.  So, check now if you are eldagable,

Complimentary Premier Upgrades

Star Alliance Upgrade Awards

Upgrade your seat with miles on select Star Alliance member airlines. Requests for upgrades can be made after you have purchased your ticket. You can use miles to sponsor a Star Alliance Upgrade Award for up to four people who are traveling on the same itinerary.
